Volumetric Services which includes 3D Modeling, Digital Surface Modeling, Cut/Fill Calculation, As Built Elevations compared to the Planned Design, Stockpile reports, Asset condition reports, Watershed Delineation, Slope analysis, Linear Profiling, Line of Sight, Point Cloud Creation, Existing Topographic verification and Contour Maps. Experienced managers to oversee all land development trades, hold weekly meetings, control cost and manage the project schedules.

BOND EXONERATION (Bond Release)

Meet with agency inspectors, provide a punch list and bid out all remaining items of work and manage the balance of the project improvements until the bonds have been exonerated.
